The UDOR PN series covers compact triplex plunger pumps intended primarily for professional pressure washers. Depending on the shaft and speed configuration, the official PN range provides approximately 2–15 L/min at pressures up to 170 bar.

UDOR pumps for self-service car washes

UDOR C series – industrial pumps from 21 to 70 L/min
The UDOR C series covers a broad performance range from approximately 21 to 70 L/min, with selected models operating at up to 200 bar. The range includes male-shaft and hollow-shaft configurations for electric motors, engines and hydraulic drive systems.

UDOR CK series – high-pressure pumps up to 350 bar
The UDOR CK series provides approximately 13.4–50 L/min, depending on the configuration, at maximum pressures up to 350 bar. It is intended for professional cleaning systems where the pressure capability of the standard B or C series is insufficient.
The UDOR CKC 21/36 S delivers approximately 21 L/min at a maximum pressure around 350 bar and runs at 1450 rpm. It is suited to industrial pressure washers, water jetting, construction-site cleaning, municipal equipment and other demanding high-pressure installations.
The pump, motor, regulating valve, safety valve, hoses, fittings and nozzle must all be rated for the selected operating pressure.
UDOR CX and CH series – industrial pumps up to 500 bar
The official UDOR CX series provides approximately 15–22 L/min at maximum pressures up to 500 bar. These pumps are used for water jetting, professional high-pressure cleaning and selected oil-and-gas applications.
The UDOR CH series covers approximately 12–20 L/min at up to 500 bar. The UDOR CHC 16/50 S available from UMYTEC is a 500-bar pump intended for hydrodemolition, coating and rust removal, wet sandblasting, surface preparation and other demanding industrial cleaning tasks.
High-pressure safety: operation at 350 or 500 bar requires pressure-rated hoses, fittings, valves, gauges, guns and nozzles, together with appropriate guarding, operating procedures and trained personnel.
UDOR GAMMA series – high flow at low and medium pressure
The UDOR GAMMA series is designed for applications requiring a large water volume rather than extremely high pressure. The official range covers approximately 67–240 L/min at maximum pressures up to 60 bar.
The GAMMA 85 TS 1C provides 85 L/min and belongs to the official GAMMA 85–105–125 range.
The GAMMA 202 TS 1C provides approximately 208 L/min at up to 60 bar and belongs to the official GAMMA 162–202–242 range.
Typical applications include agricultural and orchard spraying, de-icing, municipal service vehicles, firefighting support, dust suppression and high-volume washing or water delivery.
UDOR PENTA series – five-plunger pumps for intensive industrial use
The UDOR PENTA series uses five solid ceramic plungers instead of the three plungers used in most conventional professional pumps. This construction is intended to provide smooth flow, high efficiency and robust performance in demanding installations.
Standard PENTA models cover approximately 25–71 L/min, with pressure configurations up to 400 bar and selected versions extending to 600 bar. Applications include industrial washing, sewer jetting, water jetting, petrochemical processes and municipal cleaning.
The separate PENTA 600 range includes specialist five-plunger pumps operating at up to 600 bar. These models require a large motor, carefully engineered inlet supply and a complete system designed for very-high-pressure operation.
UDOR VX series – heavy-duty high-flow pumps
The UDOR VX series is designed for systems requiring very high flow together with substantial working pressure. Depending on the exact configuration, VX pumps provide approximately 60–200 L/min at pressures up to 350 bar.
The UDOR VX-B 160/130 R provides approximately 157 L/min at 130 bar and operates at 1000 rpm. It is suitable for sewer-cleaning trucks, road-washing equipment, municipal-service vehicles, large industrial washing systems and firefighting installations.
VX pumps use reinforced construction, three ceramic plungers, a triple sealing system, a large crankcase and oversized bearings for demanding continuous-duty applications.

How to read UDOR pump model designations
Many UDOR model designations provide an approximate indication of flow, pressure class, rotational-speed version and shaft configuration. The exact product sheet must always take priority because the naming structure differs between pump families.
