UDOR PN series – compact pumps for professional pressure washers

The UDOR PN series covers compact triplex plunger pumps intended primarily for professional pressure washers. Depending on the shaft and speed configuration, the official PN range provides approximately 2–15 L/min at pressures up to 170 bar.

UMYTEC offers the PNC 06/10 S, PNC 11/11 S and PNC 13/12 S. These 1450-rpm models are suited to compact professional cleaning equipment and applications where moderate flow and compatibility with lower-power electric motors are important.

The PN range is particularly useful for portable pressure washers, workshop-cleaning equipment, vehicle-detailing systems and compact stationary wash installations.

UDOR A and B series – professional pumps up to 200 bar

The UDOR A series covers approximately 9–15 L/min at pressures up to 200 bar. It is intended for compact professional pressure washers and self-service washing equipment. Selected versions are available with a hollow shaft or integrated regulating components.

The official UDOR B series provides approximately 13–22.7 L/min at up to 200 bar. Pumps use three ceramic plungers, a reinforced brass head, double seals and a crankcase designed for professional operation.

An available standard model is the UDOR BC 21/20 S, providing 21 L/min at 200 bar and 1450 rpm. It is suitable for professional pressure washers, car-wash systems and other medium-flow cleaning installations.

UDOR pumps for self-service car washes

UMYTEC offers chemically resistant car-wash configurations including the EUCW 13/20 S, EUCW 15/20 S, EUCW 18/20 S and EUCW 21/20 S.

These models are designed for self-service car washes and cleaning systems that may use aggressive detergents, chemical additives or recycled water. The final chemical compatibility must always be confirmed for the complete pump, seals, valves and connected system components.

UDOR also produces the official BCW car-wash pump range, covering approximately 13–21 L/min at up to 200 bar.

UDOR BK series – compact pumps up to 300 bar

The UDOR BK series is designed for applications requiring higher pressure from a relatively compact pump frame. Depending on the shaft configuration, the series provides approximately 13–21 L/min at pressures up to 300 bar.

Typical applications include high-pressure washers, water-jetting systems, construction cleaning, road-maintenance equipment and higher-pressure car-wash installations. Male-shaft versions are commonly operated at 1450 or 1750 rpm, while selected hollow-shaft configurations are designed for faster direct-drive equipment.

UDOR C series – industrial pumps from 21 to 70 L/min

The UDOR C series covers a broad performance range from approximately 21 to 70 L/min, with selected models operating at up to 200 bar. The range includes male-shaft and hollow-shaft configurations for electric motors, engines and hydraulic drive systems.

UMYTEC offers several 1450-rpm C-series models:

• CC 30/20 S – 30 L/min at 200 bar
• CC 42/17 S – approximately 44 L/min at 170 bar
• CC 50/15 S – 50 L/min at 150 bar
• CC 70/15 S – 70 L/min at 150 bar

The lower-flow C models are suitable for industrial pressure washers and fixed cleaning systems. High-flow models are used in automatic car washes, street-cleaning vehicles, sewer-cleaning equipment, firefighting systems, misting and large industrial washdown installations.

UDOR CK series – high-pressure pumps up to 350 bar

The UDOR CK series provides approximately 13.4–50 L/min, depending on the configuration, at maximum pressures up to 350 bar. It is intended for professional cleaning systems where the pressure capability of the standard B or C series is insufficient.

The UDOR CKC 21/36 S delivers approximately 21 L/min at a maximum pressure around 350 bar and runs at 1450 rpm. It is suited to industrial pressure washers, water jetting, construction-site cleaning, municipal equipment and other demanding high-pressure installations.

The pump, motor, regulating valve, safety valve, hoses, fittings and nozzle must all be rated for the selected operating pressure.

UDOR CX and CH series – industrial pumps up to 500 bar

The official UDOR CX series provides approximately 15–22 L/min at maximum pressures up to 500 bar. These pumps are used for water jetting, professional high-pressure cleaning and selected oil-and-gas applications.

The UDOR CH series covers approximately 12–20 L/min at up to 500 bar. The UDOR CHC 16/50 S available from UMYTEC is a 500-bar pump intended for hydrodemolition, coating and rust removal, wet sandblasting, surface preparation and other demanding industrial cleaning tasks.

UDOR GAMMA series – high flow at low and medium pressure

The UDOR GAMMA series is designed for applications requiring a large water volume rather than extremely high pressure. The official range covers approximately 67–240 L/min at maximum pressures up to 60 bar.

The GAMMA 85 TS 1C provides 85 L/min and belongs to the official GAMMA 85–105–125 range.

The GAMMA 202 TS 1C provides approximately 208 L/min at up to 60 bar and belongs to the official GAMMA 162–202–242 range.

Typical applications include agricultural and orchard spraying, de-icing, municipal service vehicles, firefighting support, dust suppression and high-volume washing or water delivery.

UDOR PENTA series – five-plunger pumps for intensive industrial use

The UDOR PENTA series uses five solid ceramic plungers instead of the three plungers used in most conventional professional pumps. This construction is intended to provide smooth flow, high efficiency and robust performance in demanding installations.

Standard PENTA models cover approximately 25–71 L/min, with pressure configurations up to 400 bar and selected versions extending to 600 bar. Applications include industrial washing, sewer jetting, water jetting, petrochemical processes and municipal cleaning.

The separate PENTA 600 range includes specialist five-plunger pumps operating at up to 600 bar. These models require a large motor, carefully engineered inlet supply and a complete system designed for very-high-pressure operation.

UDOR VX series – heavy-duty high-flow pumps

The UDOR VX series is designed for systems requiring very high flow together with substantial working pressure. Depending on the exact configuration, VX pumps provide approximately 60–200 L/min at pressures up to 350 bar.

The UDOR VX-B 160/130 R provides approximately 157 L/min at 130 bar and operates at 1000 rpm. It is suitable for sewer-cleaning trucks, road-washing equipment, municipal-service vehicles, large industrial washing systems and firefighting installations.

VX pumps use reinforced construction, three ceramic plungers, a triple sealing system, a large crankcase and oversized bearings for demanding continuous-duty applications.

How to read UDOR pump model designations

Many UDOR model designations provide an approximate indication of flow, pressure class, rotational-speed version and shaft configuration. The exact product sheet must always take priority because the naming structure differs between pump families.

Letters may identify the pump family, speed group, shaft arrangement or right- and left-hand power take-off. The complete UDOR ordering code, dimensional drawing and technical data must be checked when replacing an existing pump.

UDOR pump construction and service parts

Professional UDOR plunger pumps generally use solid ceramic plungers, reinforced brass or specialist-metal manifolds, double sealing systems, hardened-steel crankshafts and oversized roller or ball bearings. Larger series may use triple sealing systems, multiple pump heads or five- and six-plunger configurations.
