Interpump Series 44 – compact professional pumps

The Interpump Series 44 includes compact plunger pumps for professional pressure washers, car-wash equipment and mobile cleaning systems. Standard 1450-rpm models provide approximately 8–14 l/min, with pressure classes extending to 200 bar.

Typical models include W150, W170, W200 and W204. Additional versions are available for 1750, 2800 and 3400 rpm, allowing the same basic frame to be used with different electric motors and direct-drive configurations.

Series 44 pumps are suited to compact machines where installation space, motor power and overall weight are important, but professional-duty construction is still required.

Interpump Series 58 – E2 – compact frame with multiple speed configurations

The Series 58 E2 covers a wide range of compact industrial pumps with approximately 7.5–18 l/min and pressure configurations extending to 275 bar. Models are available for 1450, 1750, 2800 and 3400 rpm.

The series includes E2B, E2C, E2D and E2E versions. The letter following E2 generally identifies the speed or drive configuration, while the remaining numbers identify the hydraulic performance class.

Applications include compact industrial pressure washers, professional cleaning units, misting systems and OEM equipment where a smaller frame is preferred over the larger Series 47.

Interpump Series 47 – one of the main professional washing ranges

The Interpump 47 series is widely used in professional pressure washers, self-service car washes, centralized washing systems and industrial-cleaning equipment. It includes pumps for 1000, 1450 and 1750 rpm, as well as higher-pressure, high-flow and specialist versions.

The current UMYTEC range includes five 1450-rpm WS models:

Model-data note: Interpump model numbers must be checked against the official technical table. For example, WS102 is rated at 21 l/min and 100 bar, while WS201 is rated at 15 l/min and 200 bar.

Additional Series 47 configurations

The complete Series 47 range also includes 1000-rpm W models, 1750-rpm versions, high-pressure models such as WS251 and WS252, and higher-flow pumps providing up to approximately 50 l/min.

This makes the Series 47 suitable for a broad range of professional washing systems, but pumps with similar dimensions may still require different motors, pulleys, couplings or regulating valves.

Interpump Series 47 VHT – high-temperature cleaning pumps

The Interpump VHT series is designed for continuous operation with elevated inlet-water temperatures. It is used in food-processing plants, pharmaceutical production, sanitary washdown, hot-water pressure washers and centralized cleaning systems.

UMYTEC offers two Series 47 VHT models:

  • Interpump VHT4715 – 15 l/min at up to 160 bar and 1450 rpm. A lower-speed configuration can provide approximately 10 l/min at 950 rpm.
  • Interpump VHT4723 – 23 l/min at up to 160 bar and 1450 rpm.

The official VHT4723 product page provides dimensional drawings, CAD files, service documentation and the spare-parts list. The same complete model identification should be used when ordering components for the VHT4715.

High-temperature pumps require appropriate inlet hoses, valves, bypass arrangements and seals. Long operation in bypass can rapidly increase water temperature and must be avoided unless the circuit is specifically designed for it.

Interpump Series 66 – high flow or high pressure

The Interpump Series 66 covers two distinctly different performance groups. Some models provide high water flow at moderate pressure, while others are designed for industrial pressures from 300 to 600 bar.

Series 66 high-flow models

Model Flow Maximum pressure Power
W2030
Official product page
30 l/min 200 bar Approximately 11.02 kW
W2141
Official product page
41 l/min 210 bar 16.17 kW
W1550
Official product page
50 l/min 150 bar 14.7 kW

These pumps are suitable for automatic car and truck washes, industrial-cleaning systems, municipal vehicles, large washdown installations and applications requiring several nozzles to operate simultaneously.

Series 66 high-pressure models

Model Flow Maximum pressure Power
W4018
Official product page
18 l/min 400 bar 14.7 kW
W5015
Official product page
15 l/min 500 bar 14.7 kW

High-pressure Series 66 models are used for industrial surface preparation, paint and coating removal, wet sandblasting, water jetting, construction cleaning and heavy equipment maintenance.

All connected components—including the safety valve, unloader, pressure gauge, hoses, fittings, guns and nozzles—must be rated for the selected pressure.

Series 66 model-code warning: W1550 represents 50 l/min at 150 bar, while W5015 represents 15 l/min at 500 bar. Reversing the numbers results in a completely different operating point.

Interpump Series 66 VHT – high-flow hot-water pumps

The Series 66 VHT range combines the larger Series 66 frame with special seals and hydraulic components for elevated inlet-water temperatures. Depending on the model, the range provides approximately 15–46 l/min at pressures up to around 250 bar.

Typical models include VHT6628, VHT6635, VHT6639 and VHT6646. These pumps are designed for centralized hot-water cleaning, food-industry sanitation, industrial washdown and applications where the Series 47 VHT does not provide sufficient flow.

The complete water circuit must be suitable for the operating temperature. Particular attention is required for inlet pressure, cavitation prevention, bypass-water heating and seal cooling.

Interpump Series 70 and 71 – high-flow industrial pumps

The Series 70 and 71 cover larger industrial pumps for municipal, mobile and high-capacity systems. The portfolio includes both high-pressure and low-pressure high-flow configurations.

Series Typical performance Typical applications
Series 70 HP Approximately 22–36 l/min, up to 500 bar Industrial water jetting and high-pressure surface cleaning
Series 71 HP Approximately 57 l/min, with versions up to around 350 bar High-flow industrial cleaning and municipal equipment
Series 70 LP Approximately 70–100 l/min, up to around 150 bar Truck washing, firefighting and high-volume wash systems
Series 71 LP Approximately 106–150 l/min, up to around 150 bar Large municipal vehicles, sewer cleaning and industrial water delivery

Selection of a Series 70 or 71 pump requires careful verification of the inlet-water supply, drive type, shaft load, motor or hydraulic power and continuous-duty requirements.

Additional Interpump pump configurations

How to read Interpump model designations

Interpump model numbers often contain an indication of the pressure and flow class, but the system is not identical across all pump families. The official technical sheet must always take priority.

Model example Correct operating point
WS102 21 l/min at 100 bar and 1450 rpm
WS201 15 l/min at 200 bar and 1450 rpm
WS202 21 l/min at 200 bar and 1450 rpm
W2030 30 l/min at 200 bar and 1450 rpm
W2141 41 l/min at 210 bar and 1450 rpm
W1550 50 l/min at 150 bar and 1450 rpm
W4018 18 l/min at 400 bar and 1450 rpm
W5015 15 l/min at 500 bar and 1450 rpm

Prefixes such as W, WS, WW, TS, E2 or E3 can identify the frame and rotational-speed configuration. VHT identifies a high-temperature version. Additional letters may identify stainless-steel, nickel-plated, ATEX, integrated-valve or special-shaft configurations.

Interpump construction and spare parts

Professional Interpump pumps generally use solid ceramic plungers, brass or specialist-metal manifolds, stainless-steel valves, replaceable water seals and a crankshaft-driven mechanical section. Wear components can normally be replaced without changing the complete pump.

Typical Interpump service parts include:

  • Interpump water-seal and packing kits
  • Interpump valve kits
  • Oil seals and crankcase gaskets
  • O-rings and support rings
  • Solid ceramic plungers
  • Valve seats, springs and retainers
  • Connecting rods, bearings and crankshaft components

The correct spare kit must be selected according to the complete model designation. A WS201, WS202, VHT4715 and W5015 require different hydraulic components even when some external dimensions appear similar.

The official Interpump download area provides the general catalogue and spare-parts catalogue. Individual product pages also include exploded diagrams, repair manuals, performance curves, dimensional drawings and CAD files.
