HAWK FOG series – compact pumps for misting and low-flow washing
The HAWK FOG series is designed for applications requiring relatively low flow at pressures up to 100 bar. Typical uses include misting systems, humidification, light cleaning and motorcycle-washing equipment.
Standard models include FOG0110CR, FOG0210CR, FOG0410CR, FOG0610CR and FOG0810CR. The first part of the designation identifies the approximate flow class, while “10” indicates the 100-bar pressure class.
FOG pumps are suitable where a full-size industrial pump would provide unnecessary flow. Pump output must be matched to the number and capacity of the installed misting or washing nozzles.
HAWK NHDP series – compact 120, 150 and 200 bar pumps
The HAWK NHDP range includes the official NHDP 120, NHDP 150 and NHDP 200 pressure classes for compact professional pressure washers, misting installations and vehicle-washing equipment.
NHDP 120 bar models
Models such as NHDP0412, NHDP0612, NHDP0812, NHDP1012 and NHDP1212 are suitable for compact equipment where moderate pressure and relatively low motor power are required. They are often used with single-phase motors, small professional pressure washers and misting systems.
NHDP 150 and 200 bar models
The NHDP 150 and NHDP 200 ranges extend the same compact concept to higher working pressures. Models available from UMYTEC include NHDP1115, NHDP1415, NHDP8515, NHDP1120 and NHDP1520.
Selected versions use a CW designation for car-wash applications. The official NHDP Car Wash series is designed for vehicle-washing installations. An available UMYTEC example is the NHDP8520CW.
The HAWK NMT series is one of the main professional ranges for pressure washers and vehicle-washing systems. Standard models provide approximately 12.5–21 l/min at pressures up to 200 bar and are suitable for more demanding applications than the smaller NHDP pumps.
Common UMYTEC models include NMT1220, NMT1520CW and NMT2120. The series is used in professional pressure washers, self-service car washes, mobile cleaning equipment and fixed industrial washing systems.
NMT hot-water pumps
The official NMT High Temperature series uses special sealing arrangements and a nickel-plated manifold for elevated inlet temperatures. UMYTEC models include NMT1820HTR and NMT2120HTR.
These pumps are suitable for hot-water pressure washers, food-industry washdown and cleaning applications where heated water improves the removal of grease, oil or process residues. Always check the continuous inlet-temperature rating of the exact model.
HAWK NPM series – professional pumps up to 250 bar
The HAWK NPM series is intended for professional pressure washers requiring more pressure than a standard 200-bar NMT configuration. The range includes models with approximately 12–18 l/min at pressures up to 250 bar.
UMYTEC models include NPM1225 and NPM1525. They are suitable for intensive cleaning, machinery washing, surface preparation and compact industrial equipment where higher pressure is required without moving to a much larger pump frame.
For additional corrosion and wear resistance, HAWK also offers the official NPM Nickel-Plated series.
HAWK NLTI series – robust pumps for heavy professional use
The HAWK NLTI series is designed for sturdy professional pressure washers, intensive cleaning and misting applications. Depending on the exact model, the range provides approximately 17–30 l/min at pressures up to 250 bar.
Models offered by UMYTEC include NLT2125I, NLT2525I and NLT3020I. Compared with smaller NMT or NPM pumps, the NLTI range is suitable where higher flow, more robust construction or longer operating periods are required.
The HAWK XLTI series covers two important application groups. Selected models provide pressures up to 300 bar for demanding cleaning, while other versions provide higher flow rates of approximately 50–54 l/min at lower pressure.
XLTI pumps up to 300 bar
Available UMYTEC models include XLT1830I, XLT2230I, XLT2530I and XLT2730I. These pumps are used in demanding professional pressure washers, industrial cleaning and surface-treatment equipment.
High-flow XLTI pumps

HAWK XXT series – high-flow industrial and vehicle-washing pumps
The HAWK XXT series is designed for applications requiring high water flow and robust continuous-duty construction. Depending on the model, flow ranges from approximately 41 to 70 l/min, with maximum pressure between approximately 150 and 200 bar.
An available UMYTEC standard model is the XXT7015I. For elevated water temperatures, UMYTEC also offers the XXT7012HTI. Typical applications include automatic gantry car washes, truck-washing equipment, municipal cleaning vehicles, large misting systems, industrial washdown and firefighting installations.
HAWK MXT series – very high flow up to 100 l/min
The HAWK MXT series extends the high-flow range to approximately 70–100 l/min. UMYTEC models include MXT8515 and MXT1015.
These pumps are used in automatic washing systems for trucks and heavy vehicles, municipal cleaning, large industrial washing installations, misting and firefighting equipment.
For applications requiring even larger water volumes, HAWK also offers the official MXT High Flow series, with flow rates extending up to 150 l/min.
Model-code warning: MXT1015 represents approximately 100 l/min at 150 bar, not 10 or 15 l/min. Always verify high-flow HAWK models against the official technical table rather than interpreting only the number of digits in the product name.
HAWK PXI series – 350 and 500 bar pumps
The HAWK PXI 350 and PXI 500 series are designed for portable and industrial cleaning equipment requiring substantially higher pressure than standard car-wash or pressure-washer pumps.
PXI 350 bar models
The 350-bar range includes several flow configurations. UMYTEC offers the PX1735, which is suitable for professional cleaning, façade restoration, paint and coating removal, and industrial surface preparation.
PXI 500 bar models
UMYTEC offers the PX1550 and PX2150. These pumps are intended for demanding industrial cleaning, coating removal, equipment maintenance and high-pressure surface preparation.
At 350 or 500 bar, all hoses, valves, fittings, gauges, guards and operating procedures must be designed for the corresponding pressure class.

How to read HAWK pump model designations
Many standard HAWK model codes contain an approximate indication of flow and pressure. The interpretation is useful for initial orientation, but the official technical sheet must always take priority.

Suffixes identify particular configurations. Depending on the range, HT identifies a hot-water version and CW a car-wash configuration. Additional letters may indicate shaft, manifold or installation variants. Always compare the complete ordering code.
HAWK pump construction and service characteristics
Standard HAWK high-pressure pumps use ceramic plungers, check valves and a crankshaft-driven reciprocating mechanism. Selected standard ranges include double water seals with a low-pressure intermediate chamber, extra-hard ceramic plungers and a hydraulic section designed for routine maintenance.
The separation between the mechanical crankcase and hydraulic manifold allows common wear components to be replaced without changing the complete pump. Typical service parts include:
