Choosing a 90° swivel joint
A 90° swivel provides a rotating connection where the hose or pipework must change direction. In car wash equipment, the correct joint depends on the installation layout, the thread connections and the operating conditions. Match the replacement to the existing equipment before ordering.
Compare pressure, temperature and connections
- Thread compatibility: check the size and male or female configuration at both ends. Select the required variant on the product page and confirm that it matches the hose and equipment fittings.
- Pressure rating: the listed Easywash and Mosmatic WDG swivels are rated to 275 bar. The MTM Hydro and PA SW90 models are rated to 250 bar.
- Temperature and flow: the listed complete swivels are rated to 120°C. MTM Hydro and PA SW90 have a specified flow rate of 40 l/min; consult each product page for its full technical data.

The range includes Easywash, Mosmatic WDG, MTM Hydro and PA SW90 swivels with several connection options. PA SW90 features a nickel-plated brass body, a stainless steel pin and Viton seals.
