ST-167 WITHOUT COMPRESSED AIR
The R+M Suttner ST-167 chemical injector draws detergent into a compatible water circuit without a separate compressed-air supply. Foam or spray application depends on the connected lance or nozzle. Match the injector size and dosing arrangement to your cleaning system.

Choose the ST-167 non-compressed-air injector for your system
The injector’s operating lever selects the cleaning or rinsing flow path. In the rinsing position, the bypass passages allow water to pass through the unit without routing the full flow through the injection section. Correct operation depends on the selected version and the connected equipment.
Water flow, dosing and downstream equipment
- Choose the injector nozzle size for the available water pressure and flow.
- Confirm whether the selected version uses dosing inserts or an adjustable ST-161 metering unit.
- Match the chemical suction connection, hose and check-valve arrangement.
- Choose a compatible foam lance or spray nozzle; a separate air supply is not required by this injector system.
Check the exact product listing for supplied components and operating limits. When replacing an injector, send the current model, nozzle size, water parameters and downstream gun and lance details.
Compare all chemical and foam injectors, including the ST-168 with compressed air. These two systems require different downstream arrangements and should not be treated as direct substitutes.
