How to choose a high-pressure nozzle
Start with the pump flow and required working pressure. Use the flow data for the exact nozzle size; the thread alone does not establish compatibility. In a system with several outlets, account for the flow through all nozzles.
• Spray pattern: a narrow fan concentrates the jet, while a wider fan covers more surface. A 0° solid stream targets a small area and requires careful handling.
• Insert material: compare ceramic inserts for wear resistance with the steel versions offered for your operating conditions.
• Connection: check thread size, sealing method, holder and installation clearance.
• Ratings: match the selected version to working pressure, water temperature and the cleaning medium.
Match the complete washing assembly
Check compatibility with your wash lance and wash gun. For a rotating jet, browse rotating nozzles; for applying foam, use foam nozzles. Extended needle-jet nozzles must also match the intended cleaning head.
