VALVES
Valves control pressure, flow and switching in compatible pump and cleaning circuits. Choose the valve type for its role in the installation, then compare operating range, capacity, connections and the manufacturer’s circuit requirements.

Select the correct valve function
Unloading, pressure regulation, pressure relief, flow adjustment and line isolation are different functions. Valves should not be treated as interchangeable solely because their threads or maximum pressure ratings match.
- Unloader valves manage delivery and bypass flow according to the valve design and circuit.
- Relief valves provide a pressure-limiting function when correctly selected and set for the system.
- Pressure regulating valves control the operating pressure within their specified range.
- Pneumatic on/off valves switch liquid flow using a compatible compressed-air control circuit.
- Flow control valves adjust delivery in suitable fluid circuits.
- Ball valves provide manual shut-off when rated for the fluid and conditions.
Confirm the circuit and operating limits
Check pressure, flow, temperature, port arrangement and seal compatibility. Bypass routing and the permitted operating conditions depend on the exact valve and machine. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for selection, setting and installation.
For replacement support, send the existing valve reference, pump flow, working pressure and a description of the circuit.
