Complete Spray Guns

Complete spray guns combine a professional spraying gun with a lance or spraying tube for washdown, chemical application, hygiene and industrial cleaning. These systems are intended for applications where controlled liquid delivery and chemical compatibility are more important than extremely high operating pressure.

Select the correct spray gun according to working pressure, flow rate, lance length, nozzle configuration, seal materials and the liquid being sprayed.

Complete Spray Guns for Professional Cleaning and Chemical Application

Complete spray guns combine the hand-operated gun, spraying lance or tube and the required outlet configuration into a practical assembly for professional liquid application.

Unlike conventional high-pressure pressure washer guns, these products are frequently used at lower pressures and higher flow rates for washdown, hygiene, disinfection and controlled application of cleaning solutions.

Typical applications include food processing facilities, agriculture, livestock facilities, municipal cleaning, industrial hygiene and professional chemical application.

Difference Between Spray Guns and High-Pressure Guns

The two categories should not be selected interchangeably.

High-pressure guns are designed primarily for pressure washing systems where hydraulic pressure is the main cleaning force. Professional spray guns can instead be optimised for liquid volume, chemical compatibility, spray control, hygiene requirements or specialised washdown applications.

For conventional pressure washer gun-and-lance assemblies, see our complete high-pressure guns.

How to Choose a Complete Spray Gun

Pressure and Flow

Always confirm both the maximum operating pressure and the required liquid flow. Professional washdown and spraying systems can operate with relatively low pressure while delivering significantly more liquid than conventional pressure washer systems.

Chemical Compatibility

If detergents, disinfectants, acidic or alkaline cleaners or other chemicals pass through the gun, check the compatibility of seals, valve components, lance material and nozzle.

Do not assume that every spray gun is suitable for every chemical. Compatibility must be verified for the exact model and the liquid being used.

Lance Material and Length

Stainless-steel lances are frequently selected for professional hygiene and chemical applications because of their durability and corrosion resistance. Other materials may be suitable depending on the application and chemical composition.

Lance length affects reach, handling and operator distance from the sprayed surface.

Standard and Weeping Spray Guns

Some professional spray guns are designed to permit a small continuous flow when the trigger is released. This configuration can be useful in systems designed for cold environments and freeze protection.

The hydraulic system must be designed for this operating principle. A weeping gun should not be substituted for a standard shut-off gun without checking the installation requirements.

Food Industry and Hygiene Applications

Professional spray guns are widely used for cleaning production areas, equipment, floors, walls and machinery. When selecting equipment for hygiene-sensitive environments, pressure and flow are only part of the specification; construction materials and compatibility with the cleaning agent are equally important.

Complete or Individual Components

A complete spray assembly simplifies component matching when a gun and lance are required together. If you only require the trigger component, browse our spray and wash guns. Separate lances are also available for custom configurations.

For replacement applications, send us the existing gun model, operating pressure, flow rate, chemical used, connection sizes and required lance length so that we can help identify a suitable configuration.
