Product detailed description
Stainless steel ball valve for cleaning systems
Use this 60 bar ball valve to manually open or isolate the liquid flow in a compatible cleaning installation. The stainless steel construction and choice of connections make it suitable for matching an existing wash station or assembling a new line.
Choose the correct connection
The listed versions have two 1/2-inch female connections, a 1/2-inch female connection with ST-200 coupling, or a 1/2-inch male connection with ST-200 coupling. Check both ends of the assembly before selecting a variant. The maximum listed temperature is 95 °C; the installation must also remain within the pressure and temperature limits of its hoses, seals and couplings.

R+M Suttner: accessories for professional cleaning
R+M Suttner provides components and accessories for professional cleaning equipment. The portfolio covers high-pressure washing, vehicle cleaning and foam application, with products that connect the machine to the operator and the surface being cleaned. It is relevant to equipment assembly, maintenance and the adaptation of existing installations.
Product range and applications
The range includes spray guns, lances, nozzles, hoses, couplings and accessories for foam cleaning. Different product families address general pressure washing as well as specialised cleaning and hygiene tasks. Selecting coordinated components helps establish the required spray behaviour, reach and handling characteristics.
Selection and system integration
Check the pressure, flow and temperature limits of every part in the circuit, including hose assemblies and connectors. Material compatibility matters when detergents or disinfectants are used. Connection standards, nozzle sizing and the ergonomics of the gun and lance should be considered together for the intended working conditions.
