Product detailed description

The HAWK NVBXL HT UNLOADER VALVE 210 BAR – HIGH-TEMPERATURE BRASS BYPASS VALVE is a specialized pressure control component designed for hot water cleaning systems operating in demanding industrial environments. Engineered to handle pressures up to 210 bar, flow rates up to 50 litres per minute, and continuous water temperatures up to 85 °C, this unloader valve is an ideal solution for systems requiring both high temperature and consistent pressure management.

Constructed with a durable brass body and fitted with special high-temperature-resistant seals, the NVBXL HT is built for long-lasting reliability under continuous thermal stress. It features two bypass outlets, allowing for flexible installation in fixed cleaning setups where system layout and accessibility are critical.

This valve is particularly well-suited for stationary hot water cleaning systems commonly used in the food processing industry, chemical production plants, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, where hygiene and process safety depend on reliable high-temperature washing.

By diverting excess pressure away from the pump, the NVBXL HT ensures safe operation and protects equipment from overpressure damage, even under elevated thermal conditions. Its design enables easy integration into both new and existing industrial setups.

The HAWK NVBXL HT unloader valve combines high-pressure capability, thermal resistance, and installation versatility, making it a trusted component in sanitary and process-critical environments where hot water cleaning performance is essential.
