Choose the model and shaft execution
Compare the required duty point with the model table. Then check the drive speed, mounting drawing, coupling and pipe connections against your existing equipment. A similar model name alone does not establish replacement compatibility.
HAWK lists separate IL and IR shaft executions. Check the exact manufacturer code on the individual product page and confirm the execution supplied before ordering. A page named with the generic I suffix does not mean both executions are available from stock.
Standard XLTI or hot-water model?
For a hot-water requirement, review the separately specified HAWK XLT3020HTI. Select against its own temperature and performance limits; do not transfer its specification to standard XLTI models.
Drawings and spare parts
Use the official HAWK XLTI documentation to check dimensions and identify components. For a spare-part enquiry, send the full pump code and a photo of its identification plate through our contact page. A shared series name alone is not enough to choose a seal or valve kit.
