R+M Suttner ST-164 double chemical injector without compressed-air connection
R+M Suttner ST-164 double chemical injector without a compressed-air connection. Two 9 mm hose tails for chemical suction. Chemical dosing is adjusted using two sets of 10 interchangeable metering inserts (0.5–2.0 mm). Injector nozzle sizes 1.3–2.8 mm are available on request.
Dosing configuration
Chemical suction is adjusted by selecting an interchangeable metering insert. These metering inserts control the chemical supply and are distinct from the injector nozzle, which must be sized for the water flow of the installation.
The two chemical suction connections distinguish the ST-164 from a single-suction injector. Follow the operating manual for chemical selection and switching; the presence of two connections does not establish that different chemicals may be mixed together.
Installation type
This version has no compressed-air connection. Choose it for a cleaning installation that requires the specified chemical-injection arrangement and match the downstream gun, hose and nozzle to the system.
