The A42 R2 is a self-propelled rotating cleaning head designed for cleaning open tanks, vats, and containers of various shapes and sizes. Capable of operating at pressures up to 160 bar and flow rates up to 60 l/min, it is engineered for high-efficiency internal surface washing in industrial environments.

Unlike electrically driven systems, the A42 R2 is powered entirely by water pressure and flow, making it a true water motor. As the liquid passes through the unit, it drives a turbine connected to a planetary gearbox, which translates hydraulic energy into a combined rotary and orbital motion of the spray nozzles. This enables the nozzles to perform a precise and reliable cleaning cycle.

With a spray coverage of approximately 250°, the A42 R2 is ideal for applications where full 360° coverage is not required, such as open-top tanks, vats, and IBCs with partial access.
