CAT Pumps: triplex pumps for demanding applications

CAT Pumps develops high-pressure positive displacement pumps and pumping systems for professional and industrial use. The brand is associated with triplex piston and plunger pump technology, serviceable construction and a broad choice of configurations for different liquids and operating conditions.

Where CAT Pumps are used

Applications extend well beyond vehicle washing. The manufacturer supplies pumping solutions for industrial cleaning, reverse osmosis, food and beverage processing, misting and manufacturing. Specialised models also serve mobile equipment and oil and gas installations.

• Pressure washing and self-service or automatic car wash systems.
• Water treatment, reverse osmosis and controlled liquid delivery.
• Misting, cooling and humidity control.
• Industrial washdown and equipment cleaning.

Materials, installation and servicing

Different pump families use different wetted materials and seals. Select the configuration for the liquid, temperature, pressure and required flow rather than assuming that every CAT pump is suitable for the same service. Drive speed, shaft dimensions and inlet conditions must also match the installation.
