The R+M ST-54 DOUBLE LANCE is a high-quality dual-tube wash lance designed for industrial and commercial cleaning systems requiring on-demand chemical application and pressure control flexibility. Operating at pressures up to 310 bar, the ST-54 offers efficient switching between high and low pressure modes, making it ideal for applications involving detergents, sanitizers, and rinsing—common in automotive, food processing, agriculture, and municipal sanitation.
The ST-54 features two parallel tubes with a manual adjustment knob, which allows the user to open or close the low-pressure outlet. The high-pressure outlet remains continuously active, typically fitted with a high-pressure nozzle for rinsing or blasting. When both outlets are open, the system runs in low pressure mode, which enables a Venturi injector upstream to automatically draw in chemical products.
By closing the low-pressure outlet, the lance instantly reverts to high pressure mode, eliminating the need to stop or change equipment. This makes the ST-54 a versatile and time-saving solution in operations that require frequent alternation between cleaning and chemical application.
