The MECLINE LDPSH DOUBLE TUBE HIGH PRESSURE LANCE is a specialized dual-function cleaning lance designed for chemical application and variable pressure cleaning. Engineered to operate at pressures up to 250 bar and flow rates up to 40 liters per minute, this double lance is built for use with pressure washers equipped with chemical injection systems, such as those found in industrial cleaning, food processing, agriculture, and municipal sanitation.
The LDPSH consists of two parallel tubes, each terminating in its own outlet—one for high pressure, the other for low pressure. The ergonomic side handle allows the operator to easily open or close the low-pressure outlet while the high-pressure outlet remains always active. This configuration enables on-the-fly switching between cleaning and chemical application modes.
When both outlets are open, the system operates in low pressure mode, activating a Venturi injector upstream to draw in and apply chemical products such as detergents or sanitizers. Closing the low-pressure outlet seamlessly returns the lance to high pressure mode, suitable for rinsing or powerful surface cleaning.
This makes the LDPSH an ideal tool for workflows that require frequent alternation between detergent application and high-pressure rinsing, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
